- Proven experience in a recruitment consultancy environment, with a track record of successfully delivering permanent and/or temporary recruitment solutions.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate placement.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- A driven and resilient mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
