We're pleased to be working in partnership with one of Belfast's most respected law firms to recruit a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established and highly regarded Property team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor to join a firm renowned for delivering exceptional client service and quality residential property work. Due to continued growth, the successful candidate will inherit an established caseload with a consistent pipeline of residential conveyancing matters from day one.

Supported by an experienced conveyancing team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own files while focusing on delivering an excellent client experience, without being burdened by unnecessary administration.

The Role

  • You'll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, advising clients at every stage of the transaction.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Managing residential sales, purchases and remortgages
    • Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation
    • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
    • Running files efficiently from instruction through to completion
    • Delivering an exceptional standard of client care
    • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
