CPL Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our client for a Sales and Marketing Manager on a permanent full-time basis, based in Belfast City Centre. Salary between £50,000 - £55,000 per year along with bonus and staff benefits package and the opportunity to work in one of Northern Ireland's best-known hotels, renowned for its luxury and connection to Northern Ireland's storied maritime history.
Part of a larger hotel collection with four- and five-star properties across the UK, the Island of Ireland and further afield. Over 35 years in business with a reach in commercial, residential and retail business, employing over 1000 staff, and experienced in restoring and renovating listed heritage buildings.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will:
- Work hand in hand with the GM, Group Marketing Manager, Group Director of Sales and Marketing and the Revenue Manager to maximise sales, drive the brand and manage a team of up to 3 people in Sales, Revenue and Marketing & Events.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and events which also offers the chance to travel internationally.
- Make sound and informed decisions, identify new business, develop key accounts along with management of the sales and marketing budget, ensuring forecasts are aligned with the property's expectations.
Minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience and managing teams by driving performance, motivating and training a team. Full driving licence, access to a car and flexible to meet the travel requirements of the role. Salary up to £55,500 per year along with 10% bonus. Comprehensive staff benefit package including hotel discounts.
