City View Court, situated in Belfast, delivers person-centred nursing care for up to 100 residents. Recently refurbished, City View Court is a light, modern and spacious home offering a range of specialist care services for older people, including residential, dementia and general nursing. Our kind and compassionate team not only provides care, but shares their good company, companionship and assistance whenever required, ensuring that all residents feel listened to and supported. Residents can enjoy the comfortable lounges and dining spaces to relax, enjoy a nutritious meal freshly prepared by our chef, or to socialise. Despite its city centre location, City View Court boasts a calm, restful atmosphere.

The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position in our mission to provide excellent and inclusive care. The Registered Nurse is a leadership role, playing a vital part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality and person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver excellent care to our residents; as a Registered Nurse, you will support the management of shifts, ensuring the safety of all residents and our team. The role of Registered Nurse is always evolving, and having a commitment to personal and professional development will ensure that you are able to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person centred care to each resident
  • Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
  • Offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
  • Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
  • Complying with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager
