Hunter Savage is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Legal team and we are open to two very different types of brilliant person. Maybe you are a qualified solicitor or legal professional with the relationship skills, commercial acumen, and drive to translate your expertise into a high-earning recruitment career. Or maybe you are an experienced recruiter who knows this market inside out. Either way, we would love to meet you.
You will partner with law firms and in-house legal teams across the UK and Ireland, placing talent from newly qualified solicitors through to senior partners and general counsel.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running end-to-end recruitment for legal clients
- Building trusted relationships with law firms, in-house teams, and legal professionals
- Developing your desk with full operational, BD, and marketing support behind you
- Combining market knowledge with strong client service to become the go-to legal recruiter in your patch
Who We're Looking For
- A legal background (solicitor, paralegal, legal PA, compliance) AND/OR experience in professional services recruitment
- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A driven, positive attitude and the ambition to build a successful desk
- Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a professional qualification
