Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance issues and ensuring works are completed efficiently
- Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports
- Managing tenancy renewals, compliance, and associated documentation
- Handling queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation and regulations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
- Supporting the wider team with general property management duties as required
About You
