At 104 University Street, we provide intensive supported living for individuals with complex mental health needs and substance use history. Here, we build from the ground up offering consistent, human connection and hope. This work is real, raw, and incredibly rewarding.

What Does the Role Involve?
As a Project Worker, you will:
- Build respectful, consistent relationships - this is the foundation of everything
- Provide practical support like medication, shopping, meal prep, and attending appointments
- Support people to engage with community resources and recovery pathways
- Handle day-to-day challenges with calm, emotional intelligence, and curiosity
- Work closely with your team, health professionals, and external partners
