Really interesting opportunity within the global technology and engineering market leader. This company specialises in networking, with over 1500 software products and several external manufacturers (based in Mexico and Asia) who make a catalogue of hardware products on their behalf. It is a fast-paced, challenging environment as this is within a new and growing services line.
You will be working within a small, global team, many of whom are based in NI, within their service operations division (within supply chain). You will be responsible for managing multiple process projects related to improving hardware processes with several device suppliers globally, working with some of the largest global manufacturers.
This role is unusual as it is highly applicable to either someone from a technology background or from a complex global engineering background; both are equally applicable in terms of skill set.
You will need:
- Strong project management skills, with experience of managing multiple concurrent projects across multiple internal teams.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally (client facing).
- The ability to work well with others in a common goal is highly important.
- Complex, global experience.
- Any experience of supply chain and logistics is highly advantageous, as well as having experience working for a company that builds complex devices.
This will be a hybrid role.
