As a PMO/Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of a major payroll and ERP transformation programme, supporting all aspects of project governance, coordination, and administration.

About you
- Proven experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration within complex programmes
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Effective communicator able to produce clear reports and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work under pressure
- Knowledge of project governance, risk/issue tracking and meeting support
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day coordination support to project leaders, maintaining project plans, trackers, logs, and governance artefacts
- Support scheduled meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow-up on actions
- Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement, organising sessions and maintaining contact records
- Support testing activities, including defect tracking, evidence collection and readiness reporting
- Contribute to risk, issue and action management, escalating concerns as necessary
- Aid in project mobilisation, onboarding, and transition activities, ensuring smooth delivery phases
- Identify process improvements to enhance programme efficiency and documentation standards
- Support project closure activities, complete handover documentation, and compile lessons learned
