The Opportunity

VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for a highly organised Personal Assistant to join a well-established organisation in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to provide confidential executive support to a senior leader within a fast-paced, values-led environment.

The Role

  • Provide high-level PA and administrative support to a senior executive.
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and correspondence.
  • Act as a key point of contact, prioritising enquiries and coordinating communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Support projects, monitor actions and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records while handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality.

The Person

  • GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent) with 2+ years' PA/Executive Assistant experience, or 3+ years' relevant experience.
  • Previous diary management experience supporting senior management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Professional, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Desirable

  • A-Levels or equivalent.
  • ECDL (or similar qualification).
  • Experience producing minutes and drafting formal correspondence.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership teams.
