Artemis Human Capital is working with a growing legal team who are seeking to add an experienced Paralegal to their department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in private practice who is now keen to move in-house and support a busy legal function across a wide range of legal and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out legal searches, including Land Registry searches, and assisting with Land Registry registrations
  • Supporting in the drafting and preparation of legal documents, including leases and commercial agreements
  • Managing both electronic and physical legal files, ensuring accurate and accessible record-keeping
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring clear communication and efficient message handling
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team, including diary management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a legal support role, ideally within a law firm
  • Solid experience with Land Registry searches and registrations in Northern Ireland
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
