Seeking a highly organized Office Administrator/Trading Assistant with advanced Excel skills to support daily operations and manage administrative functions. This is a full time role, however part time will be considered for the relevant candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and filing systems
- Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets using advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros)
- Generate reports, track data, and analyse information using Excel
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain inventory systems
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years administrative/office support experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency: complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, charts, macros
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems or project management tools
