As Northern Ireland's only Honda dealership, we offer an extensive range of new and used Honda vehicles and have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and exceeding customer expectations. We are recruiting enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our established Boucher Road team and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the Honda brand, helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll benefit from a supportive team environment and excellent opportunities for development. This role offers expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £41,500, with uncapped commission opportunities, giving you the potential to maximise your earnings based on performance. While actively generating and developing your own leads, you will also benefit from access to an established customer database, providing valuable sales opportunities from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell a wide range of new and used Honda cars tailored to customer needs
  • Guide customers through the buying process and deliver solutions that match their requirements
  • Follow up and convert leads from CRM and other sources into successful sales
  • Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products
  • Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Support colleagues to achieve team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions
  • Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technologies (training provided)
  • Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert leads into sales
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C (including Maths & English)
  • Full valid UK driving licence
