Join a growing engineering team supporting a large-scale, hybrid network environment. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who takes ownership, works well independently, and is comfortable operating in a fully remote team without close supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, load balancers and firewalls
- Manage and maintain Palo Alto firewalls day to day
- Work across routing (BGP) and cloud/on-prem networking, with exposure to Juniper environments
- Use monitoring and packet capture tools to identify and resolve issues
- Contribute to automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives
Required Experience
- 2+ years enterprise-level network support
- 2+ years hands-on Palo Alto firewall experience (non-negotiable)
- Good understanding of BGP
- Scripting/Infrastructure as Code experience (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
- Comfortable working autonomously, chasing information, and solving problems without micromanagement
Preferred
- Exposure to Juniper networking
- EVPN/VXLAN experience
- Load balancing exposure
- SASE experience, particularly Prisma Access, a significant advantage
