The Role:

Based at one of our busy local depots in Belfast, Lisburn, or Dunmurry, you will carry out standard tyre fitting work with the team during normal hours. When a mobile job comes in, you will step into your fully equipped company van to handle the call before returning to base. This position offers a steady £28,800 base salary with an incredible, structured out-of-hours rota designed to maximize your income through premium shift payouts and high-volume call-out bonuses.
Positive Signs on your CV:
- 1+ years of experience within a tyre fitting, fast-fit, or mobile tyre technician role
- Must hold a Full, Clean UK Driving Licence (Essential for fleet insurance)
- Must be aged 25 or over (Strict requirement for company vehicle insurance policies)
- Full flexibility to cover the out-of-hours rota: 1 on-call night per week (£50) and 1 weekend in every 56 weeks (£50/shift + £40 per completed call-out)
