Park Recruit are working exclusively with a growing building services design consultancy to appoint a Mechanical Design Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, technically strong team delivering high-quality design solutions across a range of projects. Based in Belfast, this role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in building services who is looking to progress their career and gain greater exposure to project delivery and client interaction.

The Role

  • Deliver mechanical building services designs (HVAC, heating, ventilation)
  • Produce and coordinate designs using Revit
  • Support projects from concept through to completion
  • Attend site visits and assist with client communication

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience gained in building services design environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable

  • 5-7 years experience in a similar role
  • Working towards chartership
  • Experience in project leading and client-facing duties
  • Familiarity with IES VE software
