Our Market Offering is split into five propositions that cover the end-to-end operating model:

  • Business Enabled Tech Strategy: We advise CIOs, and the broader enterprise, to define the strategy to transform their organisations for the digital age.
  • Tech & Cloud Op Model Transformation: We design operating models to help clients leverage digital and cloud technologies, along with the roadmap to get there.
  • Service & Product Effectiveness: We transform the back office technology operations to enable the transition to product ways of working, next gen service management and DevOps.
  • IT M&A: We provide full lifecycle support from solution design and transformation strategy through to cutover and transition for Mergers, Divestments & Regulatory change.

Possess an understanding of technology organisation, technology operating models and orchestration to address business problems. Be a sharp problem-solver who can analyse information, identify key issues, articulate compelling solutions that deliver results for our clients and communicate effectively with clients at all levels. You will demonstrate capability and experience in the following:

  • Essentials: Robust understanding of how a Technology-first business organises, including a solid comprehension of Technology Operating Models (e.g., archetypes, capability models) and the core components of a Technology organisation.
  • Experience in at least one or more of the following areas: Operating models, Technology strategy, IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL, Technology transformation design and implementation, moving to product-based ways of working or Value stream mapping.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-standing relationships with internal stakeholders & clients, fostering trust and collaboration.

Desirables:

  • Flexibility and confidence working across multiple industries, with experience applying key concepts in diverse sectors, not limited to the public sector.
  • An understanding of emerging technology trends and the ability to articulate their impact on organisations.
  • Experience in process design, including developing innovative ways of working and service design approaches.
