Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
  • Organising and maintaining client files, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Audio typing and transcription as required
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to solicitors and the wider team
  • Assisting with case preparation and file management
  • Liaising professionally with clients and third parties
  • Managing workloads effectively and prioritising tasks within a busy office
  • Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service at all times

About You

  • Previous experience within an administrative, secretarial, or office support role is desirable
  • Previous legal experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
