About you
- Minimum of three years' experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner, ideally within professional services or similar sectors
- Strong knowledge of current employment legislation across Northern Ireland, England & Wales
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
- PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with an innovative mindset
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Digital and AI teams, supporting their operational and people priorities
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and flexible working requests, ensuring compliance and fostering trust
- Support onboarding, exit processes, and probation reviews, enhancing the employee experience
- Oversee secondment processes and coordinate recruitment activities, working closely with the recruitment team
- Assist with performance review programmes, reward processes, and internal development initiatives
- Lead small-scale HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement across HR practices
