This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional to take ownership of IT operations within a collaborative and ambitious environment. The role will combine strategic planning with day-to-day management of infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems performance, and technology improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance company-wide IT infrastructure, systems and security
- Oversee external IT suppliers and technology vendors
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience planning
- Develop IT policies and ensure compliance with industry best practices
- Lead technology improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive adoption of automation and emerging technologies
- Support and train staff on IT systems and cybersecurity awareness
Essential:
- Proven experience in an IT Manager or senior IT leadership position
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
- Experience managing IT projects, budgets, and third-party providers
- Ability to align technology with wider business objectives
- Experience working within a fast-paced professional services or consultancy environment advantageous
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and information security standards - ISO 27001
