About Your New Job as Insurance Broker As a Client Manager in the Commercial Insurance team, youwill: Proactively manage valuable client and insurer relationships, building trust across a diverse commercial client base.

Negotiate, place, and report on insurance policies at renewal, mid-term, and new business stages, ensuring optimal levels of cover.

Take ownership of your workload, keeping thorough and accurate records using advanced systems.

Deliver high-quality policy documentation that meets regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal departments and colleagues, contributing to a positive, supportive team environment.

Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and changes in cover, ensuring their needs are fully met.

Adhere to company procedures, compliance regulations, and high service standards at every stage.

Generate sales, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and help achieve team and business targets.

What Skills You Need as Insurance Broker Enthusiastic and client-focused approach with proven relationship management abilities.

Experience supporting colleagues in a close team environment.

Excellent attention to detail and high-quality documentation skills.

Highly organised administrator with IT proficiency (Acturis experience desirable).

Motivated, resilient, and proactive attitude.

Ideally, experience as a Commercial Broker and/or technical knowledge across multiple insurance products.

Advantageous: Cert CII qualification or working towards it; experience with Financial Line Insurance products.
