Join Fieldfisher as an Inclusion Assistant! The Inclusion Assistant sits within Fieldfisher's Inclusion Team, a team of four comprising the Head of Inclusion, two Senior Inclusion Executives, and an Inclusion Assistant. The team forms part of the wider Sustainability & ESG (SESG) Department.

Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and organised Inclusion Assistant to support our UK and European offices. Supporting the Inclusion Team, you will help implement the Inclusion strategy, action plans, communications, and awareness days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the inclusion calendar and promote awareness days, communicating with key stakeholders and other departments to ensure collaboration across the firm.
  • Create marketing and communications materials, including emails, newsletters, social media content and articles.
  • Arrange meetings, organise agendas, and take minutes.
  • Update and maintain inclusion webpages and intranet pages.
  • Support with the monitoring and progress of business services inclusion action plans.
  • Support with measuring and evaluating inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide support during events.
  • Manage the inclusion inbox and respond to queries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Inclusion Executive and wider team.

Experience & Skills:

  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Confident in drafting marketing communications for a range of channels and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
