About you:
- Hold a bachelor's degree (QCF Level 6) or higher, with at least two years' experience in HR project delivery or service improvement; or four years' relevant experience
- Proven track record of delivering HR system implementations and process improvements
- Experience in leading and developing teams, supporting stakeholders, and managing complex projects
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in HR processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a programme of HR service improvement projects aligned with organisational goals
- Support the administration and enhancement of key HR systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new policies, frameworks, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment law, data protection, and equal opportunities policies
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement
- Deliver training programmes for staff and managers on HR systems and policies
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
