HR Advisor Belfast with Hybrid. VANRATH are partnering with a large multi-site employer, presently seeking a HR Advisor to join their HR team on a full-time permanent contract. The successful person will support the Head of HR to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the HR Support function to their internal customers.

About you

  • 1-2 years + experience in HR Advisory Role
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • HR Generalist experience within a multi-site organisation desirable
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Employment Law in (NI)

What you'll do

  • Work closely with Management Team on people issues and advise in line with company policy and current employment legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
  • Adhere to employment legislation on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and TUPE procedures.
  • Employee relations, including general communications with employees, absence management, staff turnover/retention, employee health and wellbeing.
  • Ensure that an analysis of KPI's and reports are produced on a monthly basis.
  • Provision of a cost-effective HR administration service, including the production and distribution of policies/procedures/manuals, ensuring appropriate manual and computerised records are available, responding to internal/external enquiries, etc.
  • Chair the relevant internal HR forums.
  • Occasional travel will be required between sites, therefore a driver with access to transport is required.
