The Opportunity

Joining a high-performing People function, you'll become a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance across a variety of workplace matters while helping to create a positive employee experience. The Role
  • Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations matters
  • Manage cases relating to absence, conduct, grievance, capability and performance
  • Support investigations, meetings and formal processes through to conclusion
  • Ensure all activity aligns with current legislation and internal policy
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and case updates
  • Assist with the delivery of manager training and people-focused initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with wider HR teams on continuous improvement projects
  • Promote a fair, inclusive and positive workplace culture
What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or Employee Relations role
  • Strong understanding of ER processes and employment legislation
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, discreet and solutions-focused approach
  • CIPD qualified or currently working toward qualification desirable
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools advantageous
