Are you looking for a Heating role? Interested in working for a leading Construction Company? VANRATH are recruiting a Heating Engineer to work on servicing and response maintenance of domestic properties in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a permanent opportunity with an organisation that can provide long term career stability and progression.

Remuneration: £32,000 - £38,000 DOE + van / fuel / package

Package Includes:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs
  • Annual Gas/Oil Services in domestic properties
  • Inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers
  • Safety checks and services on Oil appliances

The Ideal Person:

  • NVQ Level 3 or time served
  • Gas Safe registered with experience in servicing domestic gas systems
  • Experience in fault finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers
  • Valid CSR card
  • Relevant on-site experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good teamwork values
  • Full driving license
  • Available to carry out callouts on a rotational basis
