About Frank Body
Frank Body is Australia's cheeky, cult-favourite skincare brand that turned a humble coffee scrub into a global phenomenon, now stocked with major retailers across AU/NZ, the US, UK and EU. Since launching, we've built a loyal, engaged community around high-performance, ingredient-led body care, backed by a reputation for straight-talking honesty (we call it #letsbefrank). We've grown from a small Australian startup into an established international brand without losing the humour, warmth and fun that got us here. Join a close-knit, fast-moving Client Operations team at the centre of that growth story.
About the Role
Frank Body is looking for a Global Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of medium and large retail and wholesale accounts. This role consolidates and expands on responsibilities currently managed across the team, bringing order management, financial operations, compliance, vendor onboarding, stock planning, and line review management under a single point of accountability. The Global Account Manager will be the primary commercial and operational contact for their accounts, building strong relationships through regular meetings, business reviews, and hands-on problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Customer Relationships
- Own and grow a portfolio of medium and large accounts ($500K+ in annual revenue), serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day and strategic needs.
- Lead customer-facing meetings, business reviews, and account planning sessions, building trusted relationships with buyers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage order entry and order management end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalations, and service disruptions, acting as the point of resolution for account-level problems.
- Financial Operations
- Manage accounts receivable (A/R) for assigned accounts, including monitoring payment status, following up on outstanding balances, and coordinating with Finance on collections.
- Own the deductions process by investigating, validating, and resolving customer deductions and chargebacks in a timely manner.
- Compliance & Vendor Setup
- Ensure accounts remain compliant with retailer and customer requirements, including routing guides, packaging specifications, labelling, and vendor scorecards.
- Manage new vendor set-up processes, coordinating with customers and internal teams to complete onboarding documentation, EDI requirements, and account configuration.
- Stock & Supply Planning
- Proactively monitor inventory positions and partner with Supply Chain and Planning teams to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
- Anticipate demand shifts and communicate risks or opportunities to internal stakeholders ahead of time.
- Line Reviews
- Manage line review timelines end-to-end, ensuring internal and customer deadlines are tracked and met.
- Prepare and maintain all line review documentation, presentations, and supporting materials in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' account management experience.
- Proven experience managing medium to large accounts with a portfolio of $500K+ in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including leading meetings, business reviews, and resolving account issues directly with customers.
- Experience with order management, accounts receivable, and/or deductions processes in a consumer goods, retail, or wholesale environment.
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding, compliance requirements, and retailer routing guides.
- Experience supporting or managing line reviews, including documentation and timeline management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP, EDI, G Suite, and/or account management systems is an advantage.
What Success Looks Like
- Accounts are well managed end-to-end, with strong customer relationships and minimal escalations.
- Accounts receivable and deductions are resolved promptly, minimising outstanding balances and write-offs.
- New vendor set-ups and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Stock positions across accounts remain healthy, with issues flagged and addressed proactively.
- Line reviews are delivered on schedule, with complete and well-prepared documentation.
