2 General Secretaries required to start immediately on behalf of our client the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. These roles will be based at the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald working in the Hospital Services Team. These posts are full time/temporary with an hourly rate of £12.75 per hour. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The post holders are initially required for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Duties will include:
- Diary management
- Minute taking
- Arranging meetings
- Audio typing
- General office duties
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths
- 1 year Secretary experience (minute taking, diary management and coordinating meetings)
- Experience using Microsoft Office
