What You Will Be Doing
As a key member of our Warehouse and Distribution team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their products safely, accurately, and on time:
- Help prepare products for delivery by wrapping, labelling, loading, and securing items to the highest standards.
- Assist with unloading deliveries and handling products with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- Support the Warehouse Management and Distribution teams in maintaining vehicle standards, site security, and efficient warehouse operations.
- Receive, store, pick, and dispatch products accurately, helping to keep our operation running smoothly.
- Contribute to effective stock management by ensuring all stock movements are recorded accurately and inventory is well maintained.
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment across the Duncrue site, including warehouse standards, site upkeep, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with seasonal tasks such as de-icing.
- Champion health, safety, and security by following best practices and proactively reporting any hazards, faults, or near misses.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

What We Need From You
- A hands-on, energetic individual who is comfortable with a physically active role, including the movement and handling of larger items.
- Previous warehouse experience is welcomed but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A forklift licence would be an advantage, but it's not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be part of a supportive team.
