The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial control, delivering insightful reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You will play a key role in driving performance, improving processes, and partnering with operational teams to maximise profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Produce accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports
- Deliver insightful variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Partner with key stakeholders across operations, sales, and supply chain
- Monitor costs, margins, and working capital performance
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury activities
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing finance team
The Candidate
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong technical and commercial finance experience
- Proven ability to business partner and influence stakeholders
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment is advantageous
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
