We are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join a progressive, fast-paced organisation with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial and operational activities while helping drive efficiencies and best practice across finance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly accounts and financial reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Assisting with year-end accounts and audit requirements
- Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance
- Providing financial analysis and insight to support decision-making
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Building strong working relationships across multiple departments
About You:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Experience within a financial accounting or reporting environment
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using finance systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently
