VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a major company in Northern Ireland with the recruitment of an Export Administrator to join a growing and dynamic company based in Belfast. This position is based in the company's Belfast office. Monday - Friday position. Hybrid working is available (80% in the office / 20% at home) - 37.5 hour week. This is a permanent position. This company has an excellent reputation. Salary £31,000 - £34,000 + other additional benefits + fantastic work benefits and environment + holiday package (25 days leave + stats) & progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documentation and oversee order administration for both domestic and international customers, from order receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Prepare, review and process Letters of Credit and other international trade documentation in line with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Coordinate international shipments, working with logistics partners to optimise delivery while minimising risk and cost.
- Compile, maintain and manage registration dossiers to support access to international markets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to export compliance requirements.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure efficient and timely shipment of goods.
- Provide high-quality customer service and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within the export industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade documentation, including Certificates of Origin, EUR1 forms and related export paperwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proficient IT skills, including standard Microsoft Office packages.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
