We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast office and take ownership of a niche market.

This is for someone who already knows the 360 recruitment cycle and wants a desk with real earning potential, autonomy and a genuine route to progression.

The role

  • You'll take ownership of your own niche market, running the full recruitment process end to end: business development, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, negotiating offers and closing placements.

Earnings

  • Competitive base salary + Uncapped commission, paid monthly, with a strong percentage structure
  • Additional bonus opportunities
  • No cap on what you earn. Your income is driven by your own results
