We are hiring a Warehouse Operative to support the safe and efficient handling of cash and coin within a fast-paced secure environment in Belfast. You'll join a professional operation where safety, teamwork, and employee wellbeing are a priority. Location: Belfast

Salary: £13.65 per hour increasing to £14.20 per hour after 6 months

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Shift Patterns:

  • Sunday to Thursday 12pm to 8:30pm
  • Tuesday to Saturday 12pm to 8:30pm

Includes rota-based bank/public holidays and occasional weekend shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and preparing cash and coin securely
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Supporting secure container transfers with drivers
  • Operating machinery within the warehouse
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Using computer systems to complete operational tasks
  • Safely moving cash and coin throughout the warehouse environment

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy containers safely
  • Basic IT/computer literacy

Security Requirements:

Successful applicants must complete:

  • 5-year employment history check
  • Financial credit check
  • Basic Access NI check
