JOB PURPOSE: To ensure the delivery of our Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Safeguarding (EDIS) plan and actions and to ensure compliance with our duties under Section 75 and Article 55 whilst directing the EDIS team in areas of equality screening and impact assessment, safeguarding, equality compliance and the promotion of diversity and inclusion in the organisation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or equivalent relevant Level 7 qualification. For the purposes of shortlisting, relevant qualifications may be Human Resources, Organisational Development, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Social Policy, Safeguarding, Law (Candidates must provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate relevance).
