Key Responsibilities:- Working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualised care
- Supporting the Home Manager with the overall clinical and operational management of the service
- Providing strong leadership on the floor, promoting dignity, respect, and best practice
- Contributing to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and policy implementation
- Assisting with staffing, resource allocation, and service efficiency to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC registration
- Minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory or senior nursing role
