Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualised care
  • Supporting the Home Manager with the overall clinical and operational management of the service
  • Providing strong leadership on the floor, promoting dignity, respect, and best practice
  • Contributing to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and policy implementation
  • Assisting with staffing, resource allocation, and service efficiency to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Essential Criteria:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC registration
