Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a luxury hospitality provider, to recruit for a Deputy General Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a high-end establishment which values customer experience above all else. The business is situated in a prime Belfast location and no expense has been spared to set the property apart from all other businesses on the market.

The vibrant environment is the perfect setting for someone coming from a luxury hospitality/F+B environment who wants to make a role their own. The role of Deputy General Manager is a dynamic hospitality role which incorporates customer service, administration and a hands-on approach to the day to day running of the business. You will ensure guests receive a seamless service and focus on the food and beverage element of the hotel.

You will be able to lead a team whilst driving change within the business, ensuring the F+B service is of the highest quality. This is a unique chance to create an award-winning customer experience and promote best in class service. The right person for this role will be a hospitality professional, with experience ideally gained from an independent hotel/restaurant setting. You will possess a positive attitude and be confident in liaising with various stakeholders daily.

The package for this role is a highly attractive salary of up to £45,000 per annum. Due to the nature of the business, the role requires a variation in hours, however the weekly hours are 37.5 hours per week as standard.
