About the job
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Depositary Administrator will support the delivery of depositary services across a portfolio of fund structures, ensuring compliance with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) through cash monitoring, asset verification, and operational oversight activities.
- Review and assess governing documentation for client entities
- Perform daily cash monitoring and reconciliation activities across client bank accounts
- Verify and maintain records of financial and non-financial assets throughout their lifecycle
- Conduct oversight reviews of fund operations, procedures, controls, and reporting processes
- Review subscription agreements, capital call notices, and distributions to ensure compliance with fund documentation
- Monitor fund activities to ensure adherence to investment guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and key stakeholders
- Produce quarterly and annual compliance and oversight reports for clients
- Escalate potential risks, issues, or breaches to senior management where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems in line with company procedures
- Support ongoing process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance service delivery
- Assist with ad hoc projects and additional duties as required
Your skills & experience
- Previous experience within accounting, finance, audit, fund administration, compliance, or financial services (Essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities (Essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work (Essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (Essential)
- Experience reviewing financial statements, legal documentation, or complex data sets (Desirable)
