We are working with a successful NI business based in the Duncrue area of Belfast to appoint their new permanent Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator. Office based in Duncrue and paying between £27k - £29k plus generous benefits.

Joining a busy and supportive commercial team you will:

  • Liaise with customers on their orders
  • Ensure accurate order details are recorded and processed
  • Liaise with internal teams on customer work and updating
  • Handle all associated customer administration

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years experience gained in a customer service / sales support role
