VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established Car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Service Advisor position. This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression. Permanent role. Monday - Friday position. Place of work is Belfast (Boucher). Salary £27,500 - £32,000 + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 25 days holidays + Stats & Real Progression Opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively within a team to manage all incoming calls and emails, both internal and external.
  • Liaise effectively with manufacturers.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle details, repairs, and movements.
  • Approve mechanical repairs and coordinate with service providers to ensure vehicles remain safe and roadworthy.
  • Organise, authorise, and oversee rental bookings, including handling damages and fines.
  • Process Road Fund Licences (RFL), MOTs, and PCNs.
  • Prepare and manage invoices and recharges.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a Car Dealership or experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to multi-task while keeping a positive attitude both to your work and our customers.
  • Full valid UK driving license.
