Key Responsibilities- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Advising clients clearly and efficiently throughout the transaction process
- Conducting title checks, reviewing contracts, and raising relevant enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring all transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with service standards
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (all PQE levels considered)
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently or with supervision depending on experience
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
