Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Advising clients clearly and efficiently throughout the transaction process
  • Conducting title checks, reviewing contracts, and raising relevant enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring all transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with service standards
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
  • Delivering a high standard of client care throughout
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (all PQE levels considered)
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently or with supervision depending on experience
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a professional and commercial approach
