A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing Belfast-based law firm. This role is open to Newly Qualified Solicitors through to more experienced candidates looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive practice.

Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice across Northern Ireland (and further afield) and is now looking to expand its commercial property team with the addition of an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor.

You will work on a broad range of matters including:

  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Development projects
  • Commercial leasing work
  • Property finance transactions

Supporting a varied client base including developers, investors, landlords and business owners. This position offers excellent exposure to high-quality work alongside experienced and approachable colleagues in a collaborative environment where career development is genuinely encouraged.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Solicitor status in Northern Ireland or E&W
  • Experience in commercial property matters, either during training or post-qualification, ideally within a niche practice or busy commercial firm.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • A proactive and organised approach
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
