We are seeking an experienced commercial Property Manager to join our team, which will provide opportunities for career growth and progression.

About the role:

  • You will oversee a diverse commercial portfolio comprising of shopping precincts, high street retail, offices and warehouse schemes.
  • You will be the first point of contact for both tenants and landlords.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail, and industrial assets.
  • Lead on landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee budgets, service charge management, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and health & safety standards.
  • Work with other team members within our existing collaborative environment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • RICS qualified is desirable, but relevant expertise is key (the opportunity to become RICS qualified will be supported).
