Client Operations Coordinator Belfast City Centre Competitive, depending on experience Artemis Human Capital is proud to be working with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Programme & Client Operations Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and people-focused professional to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences.

You'll play a central role in coordinating client projects, supporting programme delivery and ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from start to finish.

Working closely with consultants, clients and internal teams, you'll help deliver a seamless service while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities: Coordinate the delivery of multiple client programmes and projects simultaneously.

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the programme lifecycle.

Schedule meetings, workshops, assessments and development activities.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants and external stakeholders.

Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

Prepare client documentation, presentations, reports and supporting materials.

Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on programme progress.

Identify potential issues and work proactively to resolve them.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all project information is up to date.

Contribute to process improvements that enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and enjoys working collaboratively with a wide range of people.

You'll ideally have: Previous experience in project coordination, client services, programme administration, operations, events or training coordination.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
