Vickerstock are delighted to continue our highly successful relationship with one of Northern Irelands leading Civil & Structural Engineering consultancies to support in the recruitment of a number of Civil Engineers to join their award-winning water team. As one of the most recognisable names in the local market, this business is the consultancy of choice for many architects, contractors and public sector bodies.

Your new role as a Civil Engineer (Water/Wastewater); With roles ranging from new Graduate to Associate Engineer, this is a chance to join a team who not only have a place on many prestigious local and national frameworks, but also have an extensive pipeline of current and upcoming works.

Your responsibilities will depend on your level within the business but you can expect to work on projects such as:

  • Initial project feasibility studies
  • Water treatment
  • Water supply and distribution
  • Storm water drainage
  • Flood prevention
  • Sewerage systems
  • Sewage treatment
  • Pollution control

What you will need to succeed as a Civil Engineer (Water/Wastewater):

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (2:1 or above, MEng preferred)
  • Experience working on water and wastewater projects (or placement year for graduates)
  • Have achieved Chartered status (for senior roles only)
