We are expanding our Sales team in our Boucher Road Sales Department, Belfast! We are seeking a highly driven and motivated person to join our team in Belfast, Boucher Road. You will be part of an ambitious team in a highly successful dealership, a team that thrives by driving our standards in customer care and delivering trustworthy sales advice.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in sales essential but not necessarily car sales
  • Must be self-motivated, target driven and have an enthusiastic personality
  • A true desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
  • Able to demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm; together with a willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers
  • Listen well, influence & persuasive
  • Able to convince others in both positive or negative circumstances
  • Manage and close existing deals while cultivating new opportunities
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Must be flexible to work weekends, nights and bank holidays

*To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 21 years old and have held a full manual driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months for insurance purposes.

Work Schedule:

Our Sales Executives work 5 out of 7 days each week which will include 1 late night until 7.30pm and rotated Saturdays from 9am to 2:30pm. Bank holidays are rotated with a skeleton staff, the sales team will receive time back in lieu for any worked.
