Your mission is to collaborate with all areas of the business to deliver our aspirations in Business Improvement. As a Change Project Manager, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to define and achieve mutual understanding of the project scope.
  • Identify and schedule all the work required to fulfil the scope, building a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Perform a gap analysis to determine the state of processes and procedures.
  • Identify integration points between systems and processes and understand the impacts changes will have.
  • Work closely with SMEs to define business benefits and return on investment.
  • Develop a project plan to address gaps in processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate the need to remove inefficient practices and establish documented procedures.
  • Embed a quality culture and plan the project(s) in sufficient detail to ensure integration of all activities.
  • Ensure non-people resources are identified for accurate project budgeting.
  • Provide day-to-day management for the project - time, cost, and quality in line with Fibrus PMO processes.
  • Ensure there is a robust process in place for risk and issue management.
  • Establish and manage an effective project reporting structure to measure and track project performance.
  • Lead the procurement schedule, ensuring the right suppliers are engaged for each project.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Change Project Manager, delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in delivering business change processes with or without technology changes.
  • The ability to identify key dependencies between projects and manage integration points.
  • Experience managing multiple software development-based projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with different project management approaches, e.g., agile and waterfall.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to influence without authority and think commercially.
  • A commitment to producing quality outputs and impeccable documentation.
  • High-level IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office tools and MS Project.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to solve problems creatively.
