Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support across the business
  • Manage incoming correspondence, emails and phone calls professionally
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required
  • Manage the administration of new client requests from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Gather and process client information accurately across internal systems
  • Create and maintain client records and documentation
What You'll Need
  • Essential: Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Right to work in Northern Ireland
