Vanrath are currently supporting an expanding Belfast-based organisation as they look to add a motivated Business Development Representative to their growing commercial team. Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative, your focus will be identifying and engaging prospective clients, creating new opportunities, and helping strengthen the sales pipeline. You'll act as an important first contact for businesses and support wider commercial growth efforts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to businesses through outbound calls and prospecting activity
  • Identify and assess potential customer opportunities through lead qualification
  • Arrange appointments and introductory meetings for the wider sales team
  • Build strong initial relationships and create positive customer interactions
