The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant who is keen to develop within audit while gaining real client exposure. You will join a young, ambitious and agile team, where collaboration is key and teams work closely across departments to deliver the best outcomes for clients. With continued growth and the recent expansion of a dedicated outsourcing function, there will be opportunities to gain exposure beyond pure audit, working collaboratively across different service lines.

What You Will Do

  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Working directly with a high-quality, varied client base, including specialist sectors such as charities
  • Preparing statutory accounts and supporting on more complex assignments
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Collaborating with colleagues across audit, accounts and outsourcing teams on client engagements
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members, including trainees and school leavers
  • Contributing to continuous improvement in processes within a growing, agile environment

Requirements

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Experience within an accountancy practice, ideally with audit exposure

  • Keen to learn, develop and progress within a growing firm
