The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant who is keen to develop within audit while gaining real client exposure. You will join a young, ambitious and agile team, where collaboration is key and teams work closely across departments to deliver the best outcomes for clients. With continued growth and the recent expansion of a dedicated outsourcing function, there will be opportunities to gain exposure beyond pure audit, working collaboratively across different service lines.
What You Will Do
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Working directly with a high-quality, varied client base, including specialist sectors such as charities
- Preparing statutory accounts and supporting on more complex assignments
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues across audit, accounts and outsourcing teams on client engagements
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, including trainees and school leavers
- Contributing to continuous improvement in processes within a growing, agile environment

Requirements
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience within an accountancy practice, ideally with audit exposure
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with clients
- A proactive mindset, comfortable working in an agile and collaborative environment
- Keen to learn, develop and progress within a growing firm
